Kitchen and Utility Makeover

🏠 A real stand out transformation on our latest finished project using magnet kitchens over in #cheltenham for a lovely family thanks to the awesome Charlie Magnet Gloucester for the design ✍️ which also included a part garage conversion to make way for a new Utility and W/C room which has all been signed off by building control. .

▪️ Remove the old kitchen and tiled floors back to joists

▪️ Insulate floating floor.

▪️New 22mm chipboard Flooring

▪️ Rip down ceilings, reboard and plaster thanks to @scottbaylisplastering 

▪️ New boiler relocated into kitchen from attic.

▪️ New electrics which included down-lights lights, undercab lighting, add extra sockets & isolators etc.

▪️ New Plumbing which included a Quooker Hot Tap, New kitchen and Utility Radiators, ▪️ Dekton Worktops.

▪️ New Howden Oak veneered Holdenbury doors.

▪️ New LVT flooring

▪️Decoration done by @triggsdecorators 

▪️ Plus lots more bits. .
