New Kitchen & Bathroom before Christmas

🌟 wow another amazing project completed with this @magnetkitchensuk kitchen transformation wrapped up today for an amazing couple in Gloucester and thanks to the awesome Charlie at @magnetgloucester for the design, also as part of our work on this project we were asked to makeover their current Bathroom.

. From the old kitchen & bathroom

rip out to

. Removing the old outside toilet and internal walls

. Bricking up the door way

. Removing ceilings

. Relocating the mains stop tap and altering plumbing to suit new layout

. New electrics to suit kitchen with an upgraded cooker supply from the board, supply and fitted new downlights, under cab lighting, plenty of wall sockets, fit a new extract fan in chimney with ducting to outside.

. Alter and structurally adjust the old chimney breast (even if it broke us) for the new kitchen layout with new foundation footings and strengthened pillars as per structural engineers design.

. Plasterboard ceilings, patch in and plaster the whole room

. Make good and latex the whole kitchen and conservatory floor for new @invictusflooring LVT flooring throughout.

. All painted and decorated.

. And lots of other bits to make this job happen
