Amazing Full Downstairs Renovation

An amazing full downstairs renovation project we had the pleasure of undertaking for a lovely couple in Robinswood, we were contacted a little while ago to see if we could help bring their ideas and dreams to life and straight away we knew we could make this happen.
We took on this project in January as our first job of the year as we knew we had a few busy weeks ahead of us with the amount of work required. working along side a local structural engineer we had the plans and specifications required to hit the job running with the removal of solid block walls, removing old supporting steels to make way for a larger opening with new steel work and altering internal walls all done to building regulations and signed of by building control.
We’ve had a whole host of work we’ve undertaken here,
▪️All ceilings ripped down, Tiled floors taken up, walls removed and altered steel work, old kitchen, utility and downstairs W/C removed and even the old staircase removed.
▪️All ceilings re-boarded and the downstairs all skimmed.
▪️Made good the old floor slabs and different floor heights, primed and then latexed throughout the downstairs.
▪️Lay LVT herringbone flooring
▪️Cut out for new window opening and fit a UPvC kitchen window.
▪️Fit new Wren Kitchen
▪️Supply and Fit new Oak staircase with Glass Balustrade
▪️Build Bespoke Curved feature wall with seating area
▪️New Utility Room, New Downstairs WC and shower with tiling
▪️New Oak veneered Doors, skirting and architraves
▪️lots of plumbing alterations for new radiators
